Lobby Needs an Exceptional Marketing Strategist
Lobby is looking for a marketing guru to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at DAOs and web3 projects. They have incredible traction and plenty of customer testimonials to share, but need someone to help them tell their story better and reach the right audience. Execution of the strategy will be mostly handled in-house.

Fractal needs a DAO expert!
Fractal is building a DAO framework (that would compete with the likes of Aragon, Colony, and Gnosis Safes). They would like to speak to a DAO expert that is well tapped into Market needs, current projects, and has a good grasp of where things are headed. This conservation would be to shape the assumptions and value prop of the product, which will ultimately shape the roadmap.
For: Other, Product Strategy
Compensation: USDC

Reflections from Crypto DC
I recently represented Twali at Crypto DC, a closed-door, half-day event bringing together web3 builders and policymakers. The event featured a diverse array of panelists, including Capitol Hill staffers, government affairs professionals, and founders. Three big takeaways from the event are:
Crypto Policy is About More Than Data & DeFi — Think Energy.
It is important to consider that, in addition to overall energy consumption and renewable sources, mining operations may one-day need to contend with utility companies and the United States’ highly-regulated energy grid.
Looking Forward: Could a mining company sell excess power back to the grid for use elsewhere? In many states, the current answer would be a resounding “no.” The web3 community must reckon with the full scope of possible policy dilemmas soon!
Crypto Sector Maturity Will Develop new Standards & new Industries!
Several panelists predicted an eventual standardization of blockchain protocols and smart contracts.
The development of the internet provides a useful historical example. The early web2 days spawned a plethora of ideas, programming languages, and protocols, but only a chosen few remain.
Ed Felten, Chief Science Officer for Offchain Labs, pointed to mobile communications technology to underscore the vast potential for web3 value creation.
Why it Matters: Mass adoption of mobile technology allowed for new industries like ride-sharing to develop into the hefty economic giants we know today. Prior to mobile tech, industries like ride-sharing were unthinkable, unpredictable - blockchain may be the same.
Early Crypto Policy Adopters Want the Sector to Stay Bipartisan.
Both major parties were represented and conveyed a genuine desire to find bipartisan solutions for crypto and decentralized finance.
Looking Forward: Crypto policy work on Capitol Hill is largely confined to a small segment of elected officials and staffers. Some panelists wondered if the same spirit of collegiality would hold when the sector goes more mainstream. Web3 must work on supporting politicians focused keeping substantive crypto policy deliberations out of the political fray. It will be a monumental task.
